Accurail will be releasing a P&WV rib side hopper in April or May. The preliminary artwork looks like it is somewhat based on the 1923 order from Cambria Steel, numbers 3000 thru 3999.

The Hi-Line supplied some info for this Kit.
Original Car was a part of a fund raiser for Division 2, MCR-NMRA
(Pittsburgh Chapter) Jan. 2004. ACCURAIL kit, 4 numbers and all sold
well.

This Steam-era graphics some-what matched the Cambria Car Works
# 3000-#3999. .... below builders photos for these
cars.
We now have info that most (if not all) cars were delivered into
Rook Yard,black/ undec. Rook Car Shops applied the reporting
marks & data.(1922-1924) which were close, but not a
perfect match of below image.
