Found !!!!
8' X 24" (yes, 8-foot X 2-foot!) size with Legend.
The Original, P&WV Railway Co.(revised December 28, 1953.)
Situation Plan Diagram/Drawing of the proposed Barge Loading Facilities
at Bridge No.90.73(39-a) Ohio River Crossing @ Mingo Jct.
November 10, 1953.

Detailed info shown in color, "Existing" tracks & signals, and the
"Proposed" tracks & signals to be removed and replaced.

Diagram/drawing covers: Tunnel #9 (Wellsburg) West Portal to
Bridge 91.96 to just west of Coen's Tunnel.
Office of P&WV Chief Engineer.

OK, some fans still confused??? as to how this operation/project
would work.
Two(2) Large pads, complete with sorting, Loading/Un-loading Bins.
Both connected by covered-elevated-conveyer-system(s) at both P&WV Line and
Ohio River Barge Dock locations.
On the P&WV main Line, the passing Mingo track would become
a 25-car loading/un-loading track East and another 25-cars West of this
main line loading -bin-facility.

Along the river, a series of Barge to Crane to Conveyer Bin operations. Simple, direct Barge-to-rail and vice-versa operations.
Movements for Coal, Coke, Ore, Steel-making stuff etc.
Additional smaller conveyer-system for Farm & Feed grains: Corn, Wheat, Soy, etc.
All for both domestic and import/export.
