5:30 P.M. 10/1/2016.
No regular movements on the Clairton Branch reported or
sighted. Clairton Yard Proper, all MOW/ROW equipment
removed from the Yard area & ROW. The big project work
looks to be complete. Some NS/WLE crossing inter-change switch
work will need only Hi-Rail equipment to finish the job.

MOW/ROW equipment stored on the Large Pa. stub, has been
removed. Only one(1) small piece remains due to a mechanical
issue.

Main line Pierce switch to Stilley Rd. initial surface ballast work
has started, additional tamping & grooming to resume this week.

Bruceton interchange. The main is fouled with MOW/ROW pieces.
Blue-Crane-JJ with service-gon, one WLE system gon and the 89'
flat car (MOW) transport. Also the two large Ballast Groomer & Regulator.

Down on the AVR a long string of tank cars rest quietly on their siding.
Tanks loaded/MTY's ????

Maybe, another ballast-train early this week, Bruceton to Longview???
