Looks like the West End to me. And it appears to be 1300, rather than 1308. Nice to see it on home rails.

That was my first thought, West End near the lumber yard but I didn't think that was double tracked.

This appears to be West End Branch with NW 1300 approaching Stuben St. crossing.

Rich, I agree with Camp Car Bill, the picture was taken on the West End
Belt, the train is getting ready to cross Steuben street heading toward the
P&LE. You can see Route 51 in the background. Wonder what the second
locomotive was? Would be neat to think it was the 1301?

Probably not 1301. It looks like it's in NS livery. 1301 never got that.

Yes I agree. It's kind of hard to see in the photo, but looking at the rad fans and grid blower arrangement, my guess is maybe a GP40 or SD40. Would have been neat to see both of them together though :D

I agree with both of you.....this is at Steuben Street on the West End Branch.

I crossed that location everyday to and from work.
