Looks like the West End to me. And it appears to be 1300, rather than 1308. Nice to see it on home rails. |

That was my first thought, West End near the lumber yard but I didn't think that was double tracked. |

This appears to be West End Branch with NW 1300 approaching Stuben St. crossing.

Rich, I agree with Camp Car Bill, the picture was taken on the West End
Belt, the train is getting ready to cross Steuben street heading toward the
P&LE. You can see Route 51 in the background. Wonder what the second
locomotive was? Would be neat to think it was the 1301? _________________ Regards,

Probably not 1301. It looks like it's in NS livery. 1301 never got that. |

Yes I agree. It's kind of hard to see in the photo, but looking at the rad fans and grid blower arrangement, my guess is maybe a GP40 or SD40. Would have been neat to see both of them together though :D _________________ Regards,
