I believe the PWV had as thier first Diesel a Baldwin VO1000, I found a photo showing it to be with the Patasco & Black River in Baltimore as #147.

P&BR seems to have changed hands and my search has hit a dead end. Might have to take a ride over to Baltimore and see what I can find.
