More pics will follow (about 6 more), here is one of the train yesterday as they pass the old dump? and ponds at MP2.
Following pictures will include the tunnel, Rt 51, another at MP2, one near MP1, Peters Creek Bridge and near Bruceton.

Nice, interesting image position shot @ MP-2. Looks like
that second tie-train dropped additional ties along the
ROW branch from Pierce to the Clairton Yard area.
Will also try and post more pics from this past week-end.
AVR Bruceton siding. Looks like work on the
two small bridges & ROW is almost complete.
Info we hear, flat bed trailer(s)
to deliver ties near the current inter-change switch.
Transferred to MOW Hi-rail Tri-axel for ROW placement. When?
Second Ave. derailment may have caused some siding work delay? |
