As of July 14, 2013 the P&WV Alternate Standard Offset Hoppers
are still on the listed target for a late-Aug. release date. (H.O. scale)

Also, a P&WV Cov Hopper for Sept./Oct. release listed.
.... not clear what type/version/style and car numbers
they have selected.
Jayrod, you got anything new on these IM projects?

It was still up in the air, last I heard. Not sure if they'll stick true to prototype or take a slightly divergent track...

Yet another delay for the only new P&WV rolling stock.
Now the good folks at IM are say'n....well, maybe late
Nov.13' for the open 60-ton hoppers????
Late April 2014 for the 70-ton Cov. Hopper.

We called this way back in a May Post!

New Intermountain Alternate Standard Offset 60-ton Hoppers:
... delayed, new IM release date, Late August, 2013 (our guess maybe late Nov. 2013.)

The IM P&WV Cov. 70-ton Hopper:
...delayed, new IM release date late Oct, 2013 (our guess maybe late Feb.
2014,) if at all.

No suprise! Is this the new oversea's business norm ( All-Scale-Models ) for the majority of South-East Asian Manufactures?
Hee hee...you pay your $$$ up-front,
and don't really know if/when??? you will see the product!
How in the world do these some-what small U.S. scale model co.'s
design, plan, make a small profit & stay in business?

For the few P&WV scale modelers(N,HO.O) still out there,
don't count on anything from any current manufactures/importers.
Your best bet, use Jayrod's fine art-work as a starting point, and create your own as
best you can.

Oh... and BTW, do you really think these latest IM* Aug.14,2013
"release dates" are any better?
