Does anyone know the story behind the Beaufort and Morehead Railroad FM H12-44?

Is this a P&WV tribute paint scheme?

Yes , but sheee-ah!
She's is now in very good hands with a sister FM H12-44.
Both are in (hint-hint) Sugar-Creek, Ohio.

JZ.
PS. Not a perfect FM H-20-44, but a related close match.....
