These newest photos were taken on 10/8/05.
These compare with photos from a year and 1/2 ago. 4/17/04.
I guess the question is why it took so long to get to this point. It had been started and then construction just stopped for about a year.
My guess is they had some issues with the storm and flood of last year and water problems with the creek (EPA?)that borders the track.
13 Photos in total of the now and 18 mo. ago.
