When was the "new" yard office at Rook constructed. I know the building on the street side was the CTC building, but what were all the other buildings?

The CTC building construction began late 1948, completed in March 1949,
this system was placed in (limited) service in this new building in April of 1949. I think???... April 1951,
the The Yard Masters & Clerks/Dispatch moved in. This structure was partitioned, one side was the CTC operations,
the other side was the yardmaster & operating clerks.
This small building was the real operation nerve center of the entire P&WV.
