I have contacted "Scottys Railroad Art" about creating one of his unique penpoint works of the P&WV 2-6-6-4 locomotives. I steered him to the Fallen Flags Railroads site which has some great pictures of the 2-6-6-4`s. He advised me that I need to get permission of the owners of the material before any artwork that he would create could be offered for sale. I spent a good bit of my youth in the 1930`s and 1940`s being captivated by these hard working engines and the crews that made them run and would like to help create a tribute to them. So far my attempts to gather info about the owners of the material have met with no success. If any one has info or may know where it may be found, please let me know.
