As we were rolling east it was a beautiful mostly-sunny morning. We rolled under one rather ominous looking cloud.
These are some shots from the trestle spanning Cracker Jack Rd., Bentleyville Rd., a creek, another railroad, then Narrow Gauge Rd. I don't know the name of the creek. If anyone does, let me know. I don't know which railroad this is. It runs up to the Mon river at Monongahela. I'm assuming that it's NS on that side of the river. Going the other direction it goes to Bentleyville. I couldn't follow it any further on Google Earth because the resolution becomes very low at Bentleyville.
These were taken going east.
These were taken from the same trestle as we were pushing back west to Rook.
I took these from the trestle over Zippay Rd. as we were going east.
Rolling down the rail at the breakneck speed of 20 MPH.
A Castle Shannon landmark.
