All the FM's (H-20-44 and H-16-44) were traded-in and then scrapped. Only (3) H-20-44's of the 96 that were built by Fairbanks Morse Co. are around today. None of the Steamers were saved, all were scrapped at Rook, West Mifflin and Glassport Pa.
The good news...P&WV (Northeastern Style) cabs.#'s 825,828,829,830,835,836,837,and 839 some-how are all still with us. Their disposition today??
P&WV Int. Car Co. Cabooses #850,851 and 854 are also still around.
(1) one P&WV wood cab (808? 810?) has also survived. |
