The P&WV Hi-Line

The other evening there were 20-30 empty WE hoppers on a siding on CN's ex-DT&I Dearborn Sub, just a stone's throw from our house in Allen Park, MI. My guess is that these cars brought coke from Clairton to Rouge Steel in Dearborn, MI, the first leg of the trip being over the ex-P&WV. Can anyone confirm that coke moves from Clairton to the Rouge via the P&WV?

Also, in this string were several ex-B&LE/CRI&P hoppers along with at least four ex-Lake Erie, Franklin & Clarion RR cars. I photographed one of these, #3559 (WE did not renumber this ex-LEF car). Does anyone know how many ex-LEF hoppers WE has?

I took a ride up to THE ROUGE this afternoon and found WE hoppers en masse--several more ex LEF&C cars plus a whole string of the brand new (built 7-06) WE hoppers, all loaded with coke. Yes, the latter have made it into Michigan. I took a quick drive into the FoMoCo Rouge parking lot and snapped a couple of marginal shots. I'd post them here but don't have a website to store them so think I'm out of luck.
