Some speculation and conjecture. The new cars could be seen on the P&WV first. If the Route goes CSX. Picked-up at Johnstown (CBL/BY), head south to Somerset, then on to Rockwood. A short trip West to C-ville then on to the High & Dry!
CSX does move quite a few New Coal Porter cars on this route(-theWE).

Apparently 45 of the new cars were brought into Connellsville this evening (July 2).
