What color did the P&WV paint it's maintenance vehicles? I've seen a black and white photo of what appears to be a Willy's Hi-Rail Jeep, but it's hard to determine the color of the vehicle? I'm also guessing the maintenance department had vehicles to go after road trains that had an issue in route? Last question, were all of the "company" vehicles painted the same color?

Thanks in Advance.

Three(3) orders for P&WV Jeep Pick-up trucks, all painted
MOW Yellow/School Bus Yellow @ Toledo Ohio Jeep truck pick-up plant.

P&WV Rook Shops painted/stenciled a red Logo & MOW assigned number.
(Reporting Marks in later orders may/might? have been all black??? at Rook Shops)

First Jeep truck arrived at Rook with complete Hi-Rail equipment installed.
All other Jeep trucks had Hi-Rail equipment kit install/reporting marks , etc. completed @ Rook-Shops

Hi-Rail Manufacture image: first P&WV pick-up order(s).

Hi Jer, Thanks for the information.

That is neat that the P&WV went with Jeep pickup trucks from AMC and did not choose Ford or Chevy like other roads.

Sadly the link in your reply does not work, it takes me to a page asking me if I want to sign up for gmail.

And a follow-up question: Were speeders and their trailers yellow also?
