What a great shot. You can see the Rook station above and to the left the engines and what I believe is a Rambler sitting to the left of the station.

What a great picture you posted of Rook Station,it apears to be of the late 1950or early 1951 area. Note the stop signal above the station in the trees.CTC is not in effect yet. The car behind the Rambler is a1951 Buick.
Also note the condition of the yard. The PWV was well maintained. They had a trackman,who all he did was keep the yard clean. You see no piles of sand or grain or anything else. It is agreat picture of the East and West bound Main ,Running Track and Number 1 Yard Track.
