JR/JZ: The photo's look good, thanks for cleaning them up. Also, if anyone is interested in a copy of Howard V.Worley ,Jr's book “The Wabash Pittsburgh Terminal Railway“, there are several copies available at the Western Pennsylvania Model Railroad Museum. I visited the Museum yesterday and purchased a copy. It was even signed by Mr.Worley! The train layout is also something to see, a real gem. Click on the Museum’s link for more info. Take the virtual tour across the Wabash bridge into Pittsburgh!

PWVJer I would like to thank you for posting the picture of the wreck at
Fairhaven 4/15/56. It was just like I remembered the wreck. The second picture of the two box cars hanging over the hill, was the same place I was standing when the wreck happened. 51 years ago. Thank You for the Pictures. What a Great Job you guys are doing. " Happy New Year" Char140 |
