Ahhh...Western Maryland run through power.
Now those were good times.
Seeing 5 unit consists of 1st generation solid WM consists.
I was terribly lucky.
Seeing the end of the Western Maryland era on the P&WV.
I remember a time early in 1976.
N&W DJ-12 had just left Rook.
3 black Western Maryland SD-40's.
Meeting PJ-01 at Kelly.
PJ-O1 had 3 blue B&O GP-40's.
And stupid me, trying to jump across the creek
between Greentree Tunnel and the West Switch Kelly
to photogaph the meet...
Succeeded in going waist deep in mud...(lucky again)
I got a nice going away shot of the WM SD-40's...
In the distance you can see PJ-O1 in the siding...
Those were some good ol'e days...
