The P&WV Hi-Line

In the subject section of this site I noticed a few "mystery locations" posted to test our knowledge. If this has already been covered, my apologies, but I think I know one of them. The photo in the top row, fourth from left, appears to be the ex-BR&P tower at Falls Creek, Pa. This view is looking east toward Driftwood on the ex-PRR Low Grade Line. The ex-BR&P runs left to right in the photo. Both lines are now operated by the B&P though I believe the diamond and a part of the Low Grade has been removed from here east. Am I on the right track (excuse the pun)?

P. S. there is another tower of the same or similar construction extant nearby--at C&M Jct., just south of DuBois. This is where the BR&P's Clearfield Branch (Clearfield & Mahoning Rwy.) joined the mainline.
