Sorry for the problems on accessing the Bulletin Board.
The provider had an issue during maintenance of the database server.
I worked with them and, as you can see, it is resolved.

...all systems are back-up & running.
JR's been working on
a new and improved (behind -the-curtain - stuff) for
the Hi-Line Site. Near future we hope to have some of the new look graphics,
with easy messages, image posting procedures.
Some really neat /new/up-dates as well.
