I didn't run across anything advertised, but then that's not something I'd normally be looking for. There is the Western Pennsylvania Railroad Society mrr club in the old school building. Maybe they did something. Their web presence is pretty poor so who knows....

Thanks Eric for the info. I'm not 100% sure if it was a train show or maybe a
craft show with a model railroad on display? One of my fellow employees
went to pick his wife up at the show and someone with the model railroad
club ask him if he knew me. I didn't even know there was a model railroad
club in Hickory? So for the life of me, I can't figure out who it was and my
fellow employee does not remember his name.
Did any of the P&WV High Line folks have a display setup at a craft show in Hickory?
