Large Pa. Crossing,
the 107 and three flat cars. Crew Lone-Pine Bridge construction Iron workers doing site-prep work.
Also, with these folks, site-lift foreman for the Heavy-Lift-Crane-Co. At some point, exact-time???,
(Thurs. 7/28 ) Crews will start to receive large span sections,
from flat-bed trucks. Assemble into larger sections, then (lift)
transfer to the flat cars and shoved down the branch to the bridge-site location.
One day, to prepare/assemble/secure & load bridge spans for rail transport.
Friday 7/29/16. (if all goes well) the 107 will shove train
down to the bridge site, two (2) large cranes will begin to complete assemble/set-in-place
these long span-sections.
7/27/16 AM. WLE bridge & track gang busy with prep-work (on) and both sides of the span.
...also Tuesday ( 7/26/16 ), Lone Pine Construction crew,
excavated a section of Branch ROW for additional load-clearance.

..as of 9:30 AM no activity or action at Large Pa.
Lone Pine Contractors are down at the Peters Creek Bridge site,
preparing to close Peters Creek Road/Gill Hall Road at about 11AM.
...large timber decking to cover road sections. |
