Up-date, Peters Creek Bridge has seen on-going extensive bridge work.
East -end bridge approach still has several sections of rail(s), tie(s) and ROW base
removed & staged. To be later re-installed.
Lots of cement/concrete base & bridge approach foundation work well underway.
Several main bridge steel supports have been marked/tagged for repair or complete
replacement?
Also, a new communications pole & tower with ground box, installed
next to the Rt. 51 crossing control base-box. Some talk, has another will be installed
at/near the WE Clairton Yard/transfer area. No activation date yet.

A colorful AVR/WLE exchange at Bruceton this AM. A nice mix of WLE
six axles returning west to Rook. 50+ tankers???
Also, New CWR is staged (not installed yet) on ROW both sides
to about MP. 47.3 (old East switch Foleys side track) Castle Shannon.

AVR new Bruceton interchange-transfer siding. Two pcs. of grooming-tamping
equipment on site. Project may/might be complete and in full service by weeks-end?
