For any of our avid train riders: There are still coach tickets available for the Orrville Railroad Heritage Society "Spring Circle Trip" on April 21 that includes rare mileage on the ex-AC&Y Spencer - New London segment. Trip leaves from and returns to Medina, Ohio. The circle includes Medina, Brewster, Canton (Wandel), Hartville, Akron, Copley and back to Medina.

That's a nice trip!
Should I, er...we, or you, hee,heee... start the (rumor-control)
that the NS(NKP) 8100 could be the head-end power?
You know, I believe the Orrville folks would/could double the price, & sell
every single ticket and have a waiting to-ride-list a mile long!!!!

always thing'n "out of the box".

L O L!!! I'm sure the Wheeling would love to get their hands on some brand spankin' new power and take it for a spin. Maybe Rich can sneak into the Conway roundhouse and take it on a wild ride to Brewster where it magically appears the next morning in one of their service bays. We can stencil "The General" on the side of the cab. Anybody have a spare reverse lever???
