Was talking to one of the operations folks at the WLE today and asked about the Westland branch. Markwest's schedule has the completion of the line set for April. That may be a little ambitious. But WLE is anticipating a nice increase in traffic on that end of the railraod. Apparently, most of the traffic should be eastbound, both chemicals and hopefully the coal.
