Next time you folks visit the Westland Project some fun past-images
to remember & compare. The progress in (just few weeks shy) one year.
.....Just amazing!
34 nice images taken by JR are now featured in the
current era pages.
This is the 1st. of several, image series(we hope) of the
Mark-West--Range Resources re-building the old
Montour R.R. Westland Branch line.
Back in the day...P&WV/N&W/NS and now WLE had(will have) a very
active inter-change with this line at Southview/George.
This new connection will be a major boost for
rail traffic on the(P&WV Line) WE, east of Mingo Jct.
