Article regarding W&LE reopening tracks near the SuperValu (ex Fox Grocery) warehouse in Rostraver, east of Monessen to service Marcellus drilling. Not clear to me if the plan is for just the siding to the building, or for the PWV Connelsville Extension mainline section to Van Meter and the Yough bridge.
