This is part one of my old P&WV layout from 1995. It was a Christmas present to Bob Prehoda of Northern Huntingdon RR in 1995. I had brown hair then. Part two is listed with part one on you tube. Hope you all enjoy. This was the railroad that was featured in Great Model Railroads 96
Thanks,
Tom Wilson

Tom,
Thanks for the link and post about your P&WV H.O. world.
I will place your web-site and video in my favorites file and also get them on the Hi-Line Links page.
Your scale prototype structures are nice, and always a welcome sight.
In the past, I guess the only real source of P&WV R.R. information was found in Bill & Howard's great High & Dry book.
If one searched very hard, fans could find a few more scattered dupe prints/slides, E-bay auction stuff,
and some printed stories about the High & Dry in their local Libraries.
But, for the most part interested fans could never find enough complete image information.
When ol'e JR/JZ finish the Hi-Line project,
folks might yet enjoy a P&WV pic perspective not seen or thought about before.
Again, great job & thanks!
JR/JZ.

The information that has been posted on this web site has helped me more than you can imagine. The bad part is that stuff that I already done is wrong and now I will have to make it right. The engine house at Avella is one case. I put a lumber yard in I thought there was one from the sanborn map. I was wrong ( wrong Map). Now I get to put the engine house in . Which is good news.
Thanks again,
Tom

We still have a few more pic suprises for our High & Dry fans, hope not many are getting bored with this stuff.
Some of the most interesting yet, 1958 to 1960 really great info
( Baldwin#30, Bruceton and the B&O inter-change, the Merry-go-round these are only a few...

Keep it coming. I enjoy it all and it has been a big help with my modeling too.
