Was #20 the only steam era yard switcher at Rook ?
or did they also use 2-8-0's ?
That 0-6-0 doesn't seem big enough to pull a full cut of cars
out of a yard track.

Does anyone know what the old Bower Hill highway bridge looked like ?
It used to be just south of the P&WV Bower Hill RR bridge.
