After making the trip up the Mifflin branch to drop off several loaded scrap gondos for the Union, units 104,304 and the 300 are reconnected to the coal hoppers waiting on the main at Longview.

This Friday evening the WLE arrived at Mifflin with four units to haul the coke out. The 394 was headed West and out of Mifflin at 18:50.

There was more rail action at Mifflin on Saturday when the Union brought in another coke train,always interesting too watch, the different maneuvers.

at the same time,The blue Union with their 5 engine consists and a red Caboose in tow.

if those steel trains are going to roll again.

along with a few mty and loaded scrap gondos.
