What is all of this in response too? Would this be an alternate route for NS traffic that can no longer travel its main line through Rochester? This seems some what out of the way . . . .?

I work near the P&WV bridge that spans the Mon parrallel to I-70, and I've moticed most of the traffic to be in the evening, between 7-10 pm

7 engines .... just how many new cars where there anyway? I assume they were all brought in empty.
